All services are custom-made and tailored to each client’s specific project, measurements, materials, and design selections.
3. Estimates & Pricing
- All estimates provided are free and non-binding unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Pricing is based on project scope, materials, measurements, design complexity, and labor.
- Final pricing may change if the scope of work is modified after approval.
- No work will begin without written approval of the final estimate or contract.
4. Custom Work & Variations
Because all our products are custom-made:
- Minor variations in color, grain, texture, or finish of wood materials are natural and not considered defects.
- Renderings, drawings, or samples are for reference only and may differ slightly from the final product.
5. Project Timeline
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but may vary due to:
- Material availability
- Design changes requested by the client
- Site conditions
- Force majeure events (weather, supply chain issues, etc.)
VPC Custom Kitchens is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
6. Payments
- Payment terms will be clearly outlined in the project agreement or invoice.
- Deposits are required before fabrication begins.
- Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may result in delays, suspension of work, or additional fees.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Due to the custom nature of our work, deposits and payments for fabrication are non-refundable once production has begun.
- Any cancellation must be submitted in writing.
- Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined based on project status and materials already ordered or produced.
8. Warranty
VPC Custom Kitchens provides a limited warranty on workmanship and installation, as specified in the individual project agreement.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or third-party modifications
- Environmental conditions such as humidity, water damage, or structural movement beyond our control
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate measurements, access to the property, and necessary approvals
- Ensure the job site is safe and accessible
- Communicate any concerns promptly so they can be addressed efficiently
10. Intellectual Property
